Delete your BUMP! account
BUMP! by Aviral Yadav · applies to the Android app, the iOS app and the web game
Every BUMP! player gets a player profile the first time they play online. It holds their stars, wins, trophies and looks. You can delete it at any time, with or without “Sign in with Google”.
Fastest: inside the game
- Open BUMP! on the phone, tablet or browser you play on.
- Tap MY BUMPLING on the title screen, then the STATS tab.
- Tap DELETE MY BUMPLING, then YES, DELETE.
It happens straight away. If you were signed in with Google, every device signed in to that account is signed out too.

If you can't open the game any more (for example the app was uninstalled), email yaviralatwork@gmail.com with the subject Delete my BUMP! account and tell us:
- the player name, and the PLAYER ID if you have it (shown under the delete button in MY BUMPLING → STATS);
- roughly when you last played, and on which device (Android, iPhone/iPad or web).
We don't collect emails, so we can only find a profile from these details. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Guest profiles (never signed in) are also deleted automatically after 180 days without playing.
What gets deleted
- The player profile: name, Bumpling look, stars, STORE stars, wins, trophies, level and matches played.
- The link to a Google account, if there was one (we only ever kept Google's account number).
- The device keys that opened the profile.
- Match and reward records for the profile.
- The profile leaves the TOP BUMPERS leaderboard.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports other players made about a name or behaviour are kept for safety, but the deleted profile's id and name are removed from them.
- Bug reports (session logs) are not linked to a profile and are deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Settings, name and look saved on the device stay there until you clear the app's or browser's data or uninstall the app.
