Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Aviral Yadav, the independent developer who makes BUMP! (“we”, “us”). They cover the web game at play.aviral.lol and the BUMP! apps for Android and iOS. By playing you agree to them. If you are a child, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

2. Playing

• No account is needed. Playing online creates a guest player profile; “Sign in with Google” (optional) keeps it across devices. Players under 13, or under the age set by the law where they live, should only sign in with a parent's permission.
• Player names must be friendly. We filter names, and we can change or remove any name we think is unkind, rude or personal (such as a real full name).
• We may change, pause or end features, maps, rewards or the leaderboard at any time, for example to fix bugs or keep things fair.

3. Fair play

Please don't:

• cheat, use bots or modified apps, or exploit bugs to win, farm stars or climb the leaderboard;
• bother or bully other players, or use more than one profile to team up against others;
• overload, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer our server, or get around its limits.

If someone does, we may reset their stars, trophies or looks, remove them from the leaderboard, or block their profile.

4. Stars, trophies and looks

Stars, STORE stars, trophies, levels, hats, faces and skins are virtual items that only exist inside the game. They have no money value, can't be bought with real money, and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged. We may adjust them (for example after a bug or a rule change). They are deleted if the profile is deleted.

5. Ads

The free apps show family-safe ads from Google AdMob between matches and on the title screen, and an optional ad you can watch to double your stars. Ads never play during a match. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. The game is ours

BUMP!, its name, characters, art, sounds, music and code belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may play the game and share screenshots and videos of it, but not copy or resell it.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to keep BUMP! fun and running, but it is provided “as is”: matches may lag, servers may go down and progress may occasionally be lost. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from playing or not being able to play. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be taken away.

8. Stopping

You can stop playing at any time and delete your profile (see Delete account). We may stop offering BUMP! at any time.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and playing after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
